Where structure helps

A clearer view of the work.

Common signs that a project team needs more structure. We shape the processes around your work, not the other way around.

Status lives in spreadsheets, email, and memory
A consistent report brings milestones, open actions, and decisions into one shared view.
It is unclear who approves what
Defined owners and escalation paths show who needs to act and what happens next.
Submittals and RFIs get lost or stall
A register shows what is out, who has it, and what is overdue.
Change orders surface late
A change log records each request, the decision, and where it stands.
Closeout drags on
Closeout tracking lists what is still owed, such as punch list items, O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built documents.

U.S. market only · Service packages

U.S. packages for all five regions.

These service packages apply only to U.S. projects across the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, and West. International packages are still being developed. The U.S. Assessment & Roadmap is $1,500 fixed for the scope listed below. Implementation and ongoing support are quoted to your project scope, number of projects, tools, and support needs. The assessment fee is in U.S. dollars (USD). Scope and fees are confirmed in a written proposal before any paid work begins. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on complexity, information availability, and client feedback. Training sessions, review rounds, and the acceptance checklist for each package are also confirmed in that proposal.

Leadership experience

Construction and engineering leadership.

20+ years of construction and engineering experience

BNS PMO leadership brings 20+ years of construction and engineering experience gained internationally, including prior responsibilities as Project Manager and PMO Section Head.

That experience covers progress meetings, schedule and resource reporting, submittal management, quality-issue tracking, and closeout coordination.

Selected prior experience includes residential and infrastructure projects in the Gulf area.

The experience behind BNS PMO: Our PMO leadership brings construction and engineering expertise developed through previous industry roles. That experience shapes BNS Innovation’s approach to project controls, reporting, and coordination. Projects referenced reflect those prior roles, with employer and client confidentiality respected.

Working together

A clear scope before work begins.

Your part

What we need from you.

A clear scope depends on a few things being in place on your side. The proposal confirms the specifics.

  • A named sponsor who can make decisions and settle approvals.
  • A point of contact for each pilot project.
  • Current project information, such as schedules, cost reports, logs, and submittal records.
  • Time for interviews, review sessions, and training.
  • Prompt feedback and decisions, so estimated timelines can hold.
  • Tool access for configuration work: administrator access to the agreed environment. Licenses are quoted separately.

Scope & questions

What to expect.

We confirm the boundaries of each engagement before starting work.

How is my quote prepared?

The service packages shown apply to the U.S. market only. The Assessment & Roadmap is $1,500 fixed for the listed scope. Implementation and ongoing support are quoted individually based on project count, complexity, tool configuration, and support hours. These packages assume remote delivery and client-provided project data. International packages are still being developed. Final scope and fees are confirmed in a written proposal. Monthly support provides defined capacity, not unlimited staffing.

What is quoted separately?

Software licenses, site visits, major data cleanup, custom integrations, and detailed schedule creation are quoted separately.

How do we know a package is finished?

Each package above states what “complete” means. The written proposal confirms the deliverables, training sessions, review rounds, and acceptance checklist before work begins.

Does BNS take responsibility for construction or engineering work?

These packages establish the agreed management processes. Engineering design, construction supervision, and site-safety responsibility are outside these packages. BNS does not provide legal, contract-claims, accounting, or tax advice, and does not audit or verify the data you supply. Reports reflect the information you provide.

Are the implementation timelines guaranteed?

No. Timelines are estimates and depend on the agreed scope, information availability, and client feedback. We confirm the delivery plan together.

Do we need both Starter and full Setup?

No. They are alternative implementation scopes. Starter focuses on one pilot project. Full Setup establishes the agreed PMO processes within one business unit and up to three pilot projects at the starting scope.

Can we use our existing tools?

We review your current tools during scoping. PMO Setup includes configuration in one agreed tool environment. We confirm suitability and any separate licensing, integration, or cleanup work before implementation.

Is the discovery call the paid assessment?

No. The introductory discovery call is free. The $1,500 fixed-price U.S. assessment is a separate engagement with interviews, project reviews, a roadmap, and a findings meeting. Submitting an inquiry does not purchase a package or confirm a meeting time.

How do monthly support hours work?

For U.S. projects, Essential includes up to 16 delivery hours per month for one project. Expanded includes up to 28 hours per month for up to three projects. Meetings, preparation, reporting, and follow-up all count toward those hours. Work is prioritized within that capacity; additional work requires a separate agreement. The agreement also sets out the support term, notice arrangements, and how unused hours are treated.

Who owns the deliverables, and what about confidentiality?

Rights to client-specific outputs, reusable BNS templates, and any third-party materials are confirmed in the written proposal. If you need a confidentiality agreement, raise it during scoping and we will review it. Please do not send confidential project documents through the website form.
